Just a couple more

OK I got a little "punch happy" but once you get started on these cards they go so quick and then I did some embossing with the Doodle That and I'm telling you it took very little time to get these cards ready. That is HUGE for me because of how busy I have been.

I've been gone over the past 4 days to THE RAMP and didn't get all these posted like I wanted but it only took me about 3 hours between Tuesday night and Wed night to get these cards done AND get some laundry done and work on other things! That is so AWESOME for me!!!!

I'll be writing more about the Ramp experience in my other blog if you want to know about that but for now I have to run over to my brother's house. So watch of the Ramp blog on my other site either later tonight or tomorrow! Thanks for looking!

Pooh

This is the card I will actually sign and put in one of the baskets. Love how this turned out!!!

Cards & More Cards

This one shows where I also added a small ladybug on the inside using the smaller punches. One of my favorite EASY cards to make!!!! AMAZING how quick thos goes!!!!

More gifts

This is a gift - one of 3 cards to go in a basket with a couple of gift cards. It is REALLY simple - I just white embossed the Doodle That and a word at the bottom. I love this set Embossed. The next couple posts will just be the Other cards for the gift sets (2 sets of 3 cards each and a basket for each lady)

Sunday school teacher gifts

This gift is a $1 picture frame that has a magnet on the back. I used the Cranberry Crisp ribbon and clued it on with the sharpie. I stuck the post-it notes on to the frame and had made the background to slip in the frame. This is rather heavy so I added 2 more strips of magnets to the back it it holds on well now. This was a favorite for Awana leaders.

Busy, Busy, Busy

I've been really busy both with getting some cards done that are gifts and with getting some tins and picture frames done that are gift for Sunday school teachers and Awana leaders. So these are the cards and the gifts. I'll do them a little at a time but that will make for a number of entries.

I've also just started a class toward getting a doctor of psychology. I must be losing my mind!!!!

Anyway, here are the gifts for the teachers - the tin is like an Altoids tin and I put 2 small sticky note pads and a small sharpie in each. I did trucks with a man or woman driving depending on who the gift was for. This went to Sunday School teachers for this last year along with a book - called EPIC.

What you can't see is that it has the True thyme ribbon around the lid. That's the paper I used and then I cut the truck out and did the "grateful" in black.

Stamper's 10 cards

This is one of the cards we'll be doing at our Stamper's 10 - it's a CASE from Splitcoast and I'll be posting the instructions and credits tomorrow when I've got it all written out for the stampers.

It's "punch" night at Stamper's 10 and I have 2 other "simple" cards using punches. In fact very little stamping is happening but I still like the cards. I'm not real crazy about the one with the gold background - I didn't have the same ribbon as the one I was CASING so I made an adjustment. Also, it has holes punched in the gold leading up to the ladybug and they didn't show in this picture. It's ok but not my favorite - I like the plain no layer white card best!!! I'm going to do several of these for thank you cards this weekend - quick and easy and I just like it!
